Raleigh Fine Arts is offering a program that is a little different this year. It is a first-ever opportunity for those members who have a practice as a visual artist to come together and discuss what they do. No auditions or jurors. You decide if this describes you. All visual artists are welcome to participate whether they are professional artists, hobbyists or somewhere in between.
The event is an informal coffee at the home of Carol Spruill, 2501 Kenmore Drive, Raleigh and will be held Thursday, November 16 at 10:00 a.m.
We anticipate that we will use this occasion to share with each other the type of art we do, and have a conversation about how our art practice affects our appreciation of art. While there is always the possibility that we may decide that we would like to explore other activities for supporting each other, for now this a one-time gathering.
The event is open to all members but, again, the emphasis will be on practicing artists.
A registration link will be available in the publication of the E-Communication. Look for that in your email box on or shortly after October 15th. Questions: contact Carol Spruill firstname.lastname@example.org
